The Senior Content Architect's primary responsibility is to drive the growth of Aetnas commercial business by developing accurate, compelling, strategic proposal responses. They have excellent writing skills that allow them to integrate information from multiple sources and create proposal responses for our content database that help differentiate Aetna from the competition. The successful candidate has the ability to influence key partners in order to gather strategic information, is creative, takes initiative and must be well organized and able to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
We are seeking candidates with experience in marketing, communications and/or proposal writing. The ability to know what information to gather from subject matter experts and organize it to create well-articulated proposal responses is critical to success. The position requires an individual who can communicate effectively with all audiences and in any setting, assimilate and re-state large amounts of information, and build and maintain strong relationships with subject matter experts throughout the company. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and internet navigation is required. A college degree is required. The ability to reflect the Aetna Brand along with principles of grammar, mechanics, and spelling in written work is critical.
The highest level of proficiency in writing skills -- Experience managing multiple priorities - Ability to think outside of the box and lead solutions to problems- Strong relationship building skills - Effective working in a team environment - Knowledge of the health insurance industry is strongly preferred.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
