The Corporate Health and Well-being Strategist will work, in partnership with the Aetna Account Management Team and the client to increase employee utilization of the many health and well-being programs available to them through Aetna and the employer, driving healthy behaviors and outcomes. The Strategist will assist the client and Account Team in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of well-being programs to reduce health risks, healthcare costs, and absenteeism due to illness and disability, and to increase accountability and productivity.
Functions as a member and/or extension of the client's benefits team to maximize effectiveness of role within the employee population.
Proactively supports the client's health promotion strategy by working in collaboration with all stakeholders to establish and maintain proactive and data driven solutions.
Collaborates with account team to review available data and identify trends and opportunities related to the client's well-being programs.
Educates and/or consults with the client on the best use of current health and wellness offerings.
Certified Wellness Program Manager (CWPM) certification preferred.
3-5 Years corporate wellness program management experience and relevant wellness program management exposure.
Knowledge of disease processes, and illness prevention and Wellness promotion required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.
Clinical (RD or RN) or medically ancillary field experience preferred.
Ability to travel.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nursing/Registered Nurse (RN) is desired
