POSITION SUMMARY

Provides targeted, personalized service based on a holistic view of the member, benefits, health information and through engagement. Handles customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, web-chat or written correspondence.

Fundamental Components:

Answers questions and resolves issues as a (single-point-of-contact) based on phone calls, plan sponsors, PSS/ISO, members and providers.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Customer Service experience in a non-transaction based environment.

Effective, articulate and clear communication skills, both verbal and written

Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Must be able to listen, type documentation and research at the same time.

Spanish Bi-lingual (not all 20 but would like 5-10).

Ability to work until 6pm EST, Monday - Friday.

Professional and courteous.

Analytical thinker.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
