Responsible for product management lifecycle for assigned medical products and/or programs, including ideation and management of enhancements to maximize product performance, membership and revenue.
Responsible for product management lifecycle for assigned Commercial Business medical products and/or programs. Conducts performance assessment of assigned products/programs, including: review of membership, sales, earnings, historical trends and benchmark against market data or targets as appropriate; develop and assess opportunities to improve products and services to generate growth and improve the customer, broker & plan sponsor experience; make recommendations about whether to grow/invest, enhance or sunset products and programs; create strategies to drive product growth (i.e. marketing campaigns, sales/broker comp incentives). Provide field support to answer questions about products/programs, provide field training, solve issues for key customers, assist with RFPs and attend finalist presentations for large national accounts as needed.
Ability to analyze market needs and trends and make recommendations to drive growth and profitability
5+ years of related healthcare industry experience
Healthcare product management experience
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
