POSITION SUMMARY

Project Management opportunity within Medicaid Call Centers. Position will focus on supporting IVR technology.

Fundamental Components:

-Newly created position in support of Medicaid IVR

-Manage regulatory compliance of IVR

-Manage IVR changes

-Manage newIVR functionality

-Manage newIVR implementations for new health plans

-ManageIVR vendor relationship

-Manage IVR reporting, analysis and tuning opportunities

-Manage IVR portal administration

-Manage IVR expenses

THIS POSITION CAN BE LOCATED IN ANY STATE

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

3-5 years of demonstrated leadership.

3-5 years of project management experience.

1-2 years of vendor management experience.

3-5 years of data interpretation and analysis experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Project Management/Project Management Certification is desired
