Aetna Sales Director - Captive Channel in Jacksonville, Florida

We are hiring a Captive Sales Director to support our growing Medicare business, this is a hybrid role supporting both CareFree and Aetna business in Florida.
Captive Sales Director will oversee a team of individuals who produce sales through a captive sales force. This team will consist of individually licensed health and life insurance professionals selling MAPD plans.
Candidate will spend 50% of their time working directly with sales staff on fulfilling sales quota's. The other 50% will be spent with their supervisor and the management team on coordinating the fulfillment of the sales quota's.
(*) MINIMUM education: Bachelors degree preferred.
(*) MINIMUM of 10 years of Medicare sales experience.
(*) MINIMUM of 10 years experience managing others. Should be a great independent thinker, self motivated with the ability to adapt to changes often and adjust activities accordingly.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
