Workers' Compensation Telephonic Case Manager works with employee, provider, employer, claims examiner, and vendors to coordinate medical care and facilitate return to work.
Must hold active RN license compact state with no license restrictions. CCM certification desired, if no certification must obtain within 2 years of employment. Bilingual desired.
-Registered Nurse (RN) with active compact state license in good standing required
-3+ years clinical practice experience required
-Additional national professional certification (CRC, CDMS, CRRN, COHN, or CCM) preferred, but not required
-Previous workers compensation, case management, utilization review or managed care experience preferred
-Strong analytical skills used to identify and resolve problems required
-Effective communications, organizational, and interpersonal skills required
-Strong computer and typing skills required
The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Nursing/Registered Nurse is required
Nursing/Certified Case Manager (CCM) is preferred
Full Time work at home position, licensed RN from any compact state with the willingness to obtain a CA license and potentially more. TX or any other compact US state will be considered
