POSITION SUMMARY

CareFree Insurance Services, is hiring a Medicare Sales Data Executive to support our growing and thriving Medicare Sales Organization.

Fundamental Components:

()Work with senior management to serve as a liaison between the sales leaders and the operational arm of CareFree. ()Create work flows and processes that drive an impact to overall sales production.

(*)Must have experience with Salesforce; pulling reports and exporting data.

(*)Must already have Insurance/Life, health, Accident and Disability

(*)Office Support/ is desired

(*)Communications/ is desired

(*)Customer Service/ is desired

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

(*)Implement processes and procedures to aid in overall sales production.

(*)Assist management in facilitating sales strategies and data management.

(*)Work with sales leaders to relay data needs and specific sales trainings needed by the field.

(*)Experience in sales environments.

(*)Strong self starter.

(*)Thrives in an ever changing environment.

(*)Strong entrepreneurial spirit and capable of thinking outside the box.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Holding a current Insurance/Life, health, Accident and Disability is a MUST

TELEWORK SPECIFICATIONS

Must be in the Kansas City metro area, but can work remotely. Will need to go into the local office sometimes
