POSITION SUMMARY

This is an entry level Billing Operations staff position. This is part of the Medicare Service Organization.

Fundamental Components:

Will receive and process Live and Return Check items and ensure they make it to correct lockbox or letters are created appropriately when the payment is destroyed or doesn't belong to us. Researches and resolves chargebacks on all platforms. Work any member issues within the different systems we utilize and via email. Work alongside and communicate with other departments while keeping member centric. May assist with other areas of department during busy times of the year as well.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Data entry experience.

Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred

Finance/billing experience preferred

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
