Process Medicare enrollment transactions and make outbound calls to enrollees to gather or discuss critical enrollment information.

Fundamental Components:

Process Medicare enrollment transactions timely and accurately.

Make outbound calls to enrollees and members to discuss Medicare enrollment information.

Successfully complete extensive training to be educated on Medicare systems, documents, processing guidelines and critical data.


Effective organization skills and attention to detail.

Maintain great working relationships with sound judgment and responsibility.

Effective communications, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated problem solving skills

Ability to analyze and research data to make appropriate corrections as necessary.

Effective Customer Service skills.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.


Customer Service/Associate Customer Service Specialist is desired

Insurance/Medicare is desired


Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft Outlook/1-3 Years/End User

Technical - Hardware/PCs/1-3 Years/End User


Must be flexible to work Overtime when needed due to high volume inventory.

Must be flexible to process a variety of inventory work queues when needed.

Must have positive attitude and willingness to work with our Medicare members.

Must maintain continuous high quality and production.
