POSITION SUMMARY

Business critical role within Partner Product Managements's Springboard Marketplace Enablement Team responsible for supporting daily transactions related to the small group quote to card and renewal processes.

Fundamental Components:

Major responsibilities include processing of group and member data files, production support and end-user system testing.

Partners closely with internal enrollment team to traige and resolve issues.

Serves as subject matter expert on enrollment process and outcomes.

Works with off-shore team to ensure task assigned to them are complete and accurate.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Attention to detail, strong organization skills and logical thought process are key.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as work collaboratively across the organization and with a variety of business partners.

Proven ability to affect change/interpersonal skills.

Proven verbal and written communication skills.

Prior experience with enrollment, sales and renewal processes desired.

Highly skilled in Excel with the ability to review and manipulate data are critical.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
