POSITION SUMMARY

The Workers' Compensation Telephonic Case Manager works with employees, providers, employers, claims examiners, and vendors to coordinate medical care and facilitate timely return to work (RTW).

This is a full-time telephonic (work from home) role. Qualified candidates must have a valid Compact RN license for the state in which they reside.

Qualification Requirements and Preferences:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with active state license in good standing in the state where job duties are performed is required.

  • Minimum of 3 years clinical practice experience is required.

  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve problems are required.

  • Effective communications, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.

  • Previous Workers Compensation, case management, utilization review or managed care experience is strongly preferred.

  • Additional national professional certification (CRC, CDMS, CRRN, COHN, or CCM) is preferred.

    Education:

    The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is an Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

    Licenses and Certifications:

  • Compact Registered Nurse (RN) with active state license in good standing in the state where job duties are performed is required.

  • Additional national professional certification (CRC, CDMS, CRRN, COHN, or CCM) is preferred.

    Telework Specifications:

    Full-time telephonic work at home position in any US location that is a Compact state.
