POSITION SUMMARY

The Customer & Specialty Clinical Program Operations Team is seeking a strong Program Manager that will drive change, innovation, and process improvement. He/She will become an integral part of the success of our organization leading large clinical projects and customer implementations.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources.

Proven negotiation skills.

Experience includes development and management of multiple budgets related to various projects and or program.

Proven project management skills.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Project Management/Project Management Professional (PMP) is desired

Project Management/Six Sigma Certification: Green Belt is desired

FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCES

Functional - Project Management/Project Manager/4-6 Years

Functional - Leadership/Lead a major change effortculture change/1-3 Years

TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCES

Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft Visio/4-6 Years/Power User
