We are currently recruiting top talent for our next class ofCustomer Service Representatives (CSR) in our Medicare Customer Service grouplocated in New Albany, OH. Aetna Medicare Customer Service deliversinnovative, proactive and compassionate service that exceeds our membersexpectations. We are the knowledgeable, trusted, advocates for our members. Thekey to our success is our people. Customer Service Representatives answerinquiries from our Medicare Advantage members via inbound calls, internetinquiries, and written correspondence. CSRs must be able to dealcompassionately with Medicare beneficiaries on a one-on-one basis and focus ontheir needs through careful listening and patience. CSRs participate in ongoingtraining and engage in self-development. The CSR must be able to workindependently, honor commitments to our members, and collaborate with teammembers to create a remarkable member experience. The position requires theability to efficiently navigate multiple systems while resolving complex issuesas advocates for our members. Passion for providing exceptional customerservice, effective verbal and written communication skills, and willingness toadapt to a changing environment are critical to success in this role. Priorexperience providing customer service to the senior population, knowledge ofmedical terminology, or experience with health insurance plans is preferred.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.


  • Experience in a production environment

  • Customer Service experiences in a transaction based environment such as a call center or retail location preferred

  • Excellent attendance and punctuality are requirements of the Customer Service Representative position

  • CSRs are assigned 8 hour shifts that may rotate as business needs dictate

  • CSRs must have the flexibility to work any time 8-6.


  • The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Functional - Customer Service/Customer service - transaction based environment/1+ years

CSRs must have the flexibility to workany time during the office hours of 8 am to 6 pm. At times, overtime includingweekends may be required as business needs dictate
