Accountable for review and handling of internal plan reporting and external regulator deliverables. Influences enhancements to business processes and system infrastructure to monitor and maintain data quality.
Position is within the Information Systems Department and supports the Plan Operations coordination of reporting. Validate daily/weekly/monthly reports and deliverables for accuracy and timeliness per specifications and workflows. Meet with other plan departments and cross functional areas to understand and facilitate data requests. Monitor and track data requests and regulatory notices. Analyze complex data for trends and outliers and provides in-depth root cause analysis. Monitor and maintain audit processes and documentation. Influence changes/enhancements to business processes, policies, and system infrastructure to improve information. May lead or act as a business technical contact in the design of new applications or enhancements. Usage of SSRS to automate reporting across multiple functional areas
5+ years Business Analyst experience. Must possess sound knowledge of structured IT application development lifecycles, methodologies inclusive of Use Case tools. Ability to recognize complex problems vs. objectives and apply creativity to analyze situations, develop solutions and procedures. Proficiency in SQL and Excel required. QNXT experience desired. SSRS experience desired. Healthcare or managed care experience preferred. Strong attention to detail required. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
