Responsible for the overall supervision of a team of Medicare Claim processing employees. Accountable for customer satisfaction, retention, and managing growth by efficiently delivering competitive services to members/providers.
Candidates who enjoy a challenge and are looking to grow within a fast-paced environment will be successful in this position. This position will be responsible for supervising a team of Medicare medical claim processors on the HMO platform. Other duties include inventory management and representing Medicare on various projects and initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for conducting yearly performance evaluations as well as ongoing coaching/mentoring of staff. The ideal candidate will be highly engaged in delivering industry leading performance. Ability to collaborate across boundaries is highly desired.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will possess the desire/ability to manage independently and develop staff while consistently delivering caring, high-quality, efficient service to our Medicare beneficiaries and plan sponsors. This role provides the successful candidate with future growth in management and leadership development. We are recruiting for 1 position located in our New Albany, OH Medicare site.
This position is an in office position
1 -3 years of claim processing and/or customer service experience. Medicare experience. Previous experience mentoring staff. Strong communication and problem solving skills. Working knowledge of MS Office. Previous supervisory skills highly recommended.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
