Provide best in class service to key Aetna/AHM key clients. Accountable for end to end service delivery working across the organization to exceed client expectations.
An exciting opportunity to work across the Aetna/ActiveHealth Management teams to provide end to end service to key Aetna/ActiveHealth well-being clients. This requires typically weekly meetings with clients, tracking of work/program items, meeting with internal teams on client requests. Work with the client and Strategic Account Executive to measure program effectiveness as well as to provide consultative recommendations to evolve well being offerings.

Enjoys working across teams and organizations to provide comprehensive program delivery and information.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
