Consumer Health & Services Compliance is seeking a candidate responsible for compliance operations oversight and reporting. The candidate will be responsible for developing monthly compliance dashboard reports as well as ad hoc reporting. Works with Business Compliance Officers and Business Leaders to deliver reports and analysis. Proactively identifies trends. Will assist in making key business decisions, setting strategic direction and analyzing results. Monitoring and reporting on adherence to compliance controls/metrics.


Fundamental Components:

Perform reporting and operational support to CH&S Compliance Team.

Work with the Business Compliance Officers and Business Leaders to identify needs and outcomes for reporting.

Present to internal/external customers, constituents and business partners, strong business as well as systems knowledge and can perform reasonability checks.

Leverage technology resources across the company and work independently with minimal supervision in a technical capacity on most phases of report development.

Application of business/compliance expertise to identify and leverage strategic opportunities and trends such as identifying and monitoring compliance metrics and controls.

Demonstrated skills in documenting detailed business/reporting requirements, data gathering, interpretation, analysis and presentation.

Proactively evaluates project activities, builds contingency plans, executes corrective action, and monitors issue resolution to mitigate risks.

Create appropriate materials to support the report creation

Create and evaluate the data needs of assigned projects and assures the integrity of the data

Responsible for operational metric reporting in order to develop, validate and execute analysis to investigate problems and detect patterns.

Translate quantitative results into business action oriented recommendations.

Proactively assess trends in data and make recommendations to CH&S Compliance leaders.


4-6 years of relevant health care programming/analytical and data interpretation experience with solid understanding of health care industry, products, and systems

1 2 years of previous compliance/law experience or equivalent industry experience.

Strong project management and leadership skills, be persistent in obtaining deliverables and achieving goals, and communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the Company.

Proven track record meeting project milestone dates.

Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint

Self-motivated, team oriented and strong communication skills

Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills

Understanding of health care industry, products and systems preferred


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
