POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Project Program Sr. Management position supports the business strategy, recommend the appropriate actions to meet business needs. Manage complex projects through to implementation. Sets direction on directing complex projects and or programs. Will have full accountability for all aspects of programs he is managing. Coordinate and manage expectation with different stakeholders in the organization. Define prioritization for key areas of the program and able to mitigate risks. Able to lead/manage all aspects of a project and or program such as planning, coordination, development,implementation including the financial implications while prioritizing work, resources and time. Ensures the end state of theproject and/or business operations meets business objective(s) and that all deliverables and due dates are met. Highly collaborative process often requires managing relationships across the segments or multiple functional areas Manage new product program launch for the health product, providing day to day project management and strategic designs with various functional and Product Development teams.

Fundamental Components:

Lead all aspects of a project and or program, overall day to day project management of new product launch for the health plan, including project plan, status report and risk migration. Monitor product performance and follow up with product owner. Collaborate with various cross-functional departments in getting SMEs answers to open questions. Serve as the key integration point of contact between all teams. Work with Marketing to develop marketing strategy, including market analysis, go to market strategy, new product launches, thought leadership and program execution. Drive the engagement with functional leaders and sales teams to establish a continuous feedback loop to ensure operational readiness. Work with key stakeholders to align on strategy, capability assessment and recommendations, requires managing relationships across the segments or multiple functional areas. Work with team leads to develop cost estimates and business care for the project. Work with the systems development teams to track progress on development of the project.

Ensure collaborative process are implemented and capable of manage relationships across the multiple functional areas

Manage new product program launch for the health product, providing day to day project management and strategic designs with various functional and Product Development teams. Drives change in order to improve results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/quality/services (e.g., policies, processes or systems). Identifies gaps in processes or organization and challenges self and others to develop and implement solutions.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

10+ years of Project Management experience within the Managed Care / Health Insurance industry.

Must have proficient full-life cycle Project Management experience.

Multiple years proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and influencing change that resulted in quantifiable positive outcomes.

Proven track record managing complex projects and or programs that resulted in cost savings.

Experience managing large budgets.

Excellent business acumen and able to interface with C-Suite and Clients.

Demonstrated negotiation skills

Able to drive processes and procedures related to the multiple projects

Excellent time management and organization skill, must be able to take accountable of projects' goals and outcomes

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Project Management/Project Management Professional, PMP is desired

Quality Management/Six Sigma is desired
