POSITION SUMMARY

The DAM Adminstrator/Taxonomist will join our team and drive content classification. We're in need of someone with hands-on experience developing managing complex libraries, product taxonomies, ontologies and multi-faceted classifications. Proven experience working successfully on cross-functional teams to build taxonomies from the ground up.

The Aetna Enterprise Publishing team is a new team of highly-motivated content strategists, social media experts and content managers who are leading the charge to engage health and wellness audiences in new ways. A major driver of our engagement is driven by our best-in-class content marketing.

Were looking for a rock star DAM Administrator/Taxonomist to join our team and drive content classification. The person who succeeds in this position is deeply organized, self-starting and smart. You have excellent communication skills and are able to translate business needs into actionable solutions. You thrive in fast-paced environments and you have direct experience building taxonomies in your current role.

Key Qualifications

5+ years hands-on experience developing managing complex libraries, product taxonomies, ontologies, folder structures and multi-faceted classifications.Demonstrated success working with digital asset management solutions in Fortune 500 enterprise marketing organizations or media companies.Experience working successfully with stakeholders and partner teams to translate business needs into taxonomy solutions.Proven experience working successfully on cross-functional teams to build taxonomies from the ground up.Excellent people and communication skills. Ability to build rapport with cross-functional partners in the organization.Experience creating and administering governance.Outstanding attention to detail, commitment to excellence and problem solving ability.Understanding of Information Architecture best practicesPast work managing metadata and creating domain models.Expert knowledge of Adobe assets.
