POSITION SUMMARY

Provide onsite Level 2 Desktop support for NY office - troubleshoot any physical hardware issues, monitors, printers, phones, video conference devices. Provide hands-on support to Executives located in the NY office. Provide Migration support from Affiliate world to Aetna core. Familiar with Aetna processes, procedures and protocol around Security.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

2-5 years PC desktop equipment and associated software, and/or LAN certified Network administration and/or equivalent experience.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Information Technology/Microsoft Certified Software Engineer (MCSE2000) is desired
