Key Responsibilities • Partners with marketing managers to understand business needs and provides analytic solutions• Responsible for development of predictive models, segmentation, and other advanced techniques to continuously improve marketing budget allocation and targeting capabilities• Designs, implements, and measures test and learn initiatives to understand optimal ways to improve customer experience from web site designs to navigation paths to optimal landing site design• Navigates between a wide variety of online and offline channels and integrates into a common framework• In a relatively flat organization, communicates effectively with a wide range of audiences from marketing peers to senior management Background/Experience Desired• 5+ years of directly relevant experience in quantitative business analysis (direct to consumer experience preferred, but not required)• Proficiency in several areas of data modeling, machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, data engineering and data visualization • Experience in manipulating large datasets • Excellent understanding of test and learn initiatives and other statistical techniques used to provide analytical support• 3 or more years of experience using SAS, SQL, Python and/or R Education Requirements BS or MS degree in a relevant quantitative area such as, but not limited to, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or Business
