Lead the development and implementation of the 3-year marketing strategy for Special Needs Medicare Advantage Plans (DSNP)

Fundamental Components:

-Lead the development of the customer value proposition, go-to-market strategy, and optimal channel mix that compel customers, members, and B2B relationships to act.

-In partnership with the sales team, create an end to end marketing program which drives sales across touch points (i.e., B2C advertising, sales collaterals) and ensure individual pieces add up to a whole greater than the sum of its parts.

-Measure and continuously improve: Procure activity reports, e.g., how our experience designs are changing member behavior, and feed them back into segmentation, product development and engagement strategies.

-Facilitate the development of project briefs, always questioning the briefs and the work, demanding actionable insights, and encouraging dialogue to drive out Why.


7+ years of relevant experience

Direct experience with DSNP plans marketing at a health plan

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid or DSNP marketing strongly preferred

BA required

Oversight of advertising/creative preferred (including traditional such as print, TV, radio; grassroots; and digital such as social, video, SEO)

Location preferences as New York, NY; Hartford, CT; Wellesley, MA

Polished instincts, demonstrated through excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and creative problem solving

Solid business writing skills, and experience presenting information both orally and in writing

Effective time-management, impeccable organization and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
