This role is accountable for driving strategy and product management for well-being programs within the clinical care management team. The position provides guidance and direction to internal teams, external vendors as applicable and serves as the subject matter expert and product manager for those products managed. The position is accountable for driving innovations within their portfolio to best meet customer needs and drive financial growth within their portfolio
The ideal candidate will have strong business and industry acumen. A comprehensive understanding of the organizations strategy and current healthcare industry trends is critical. In addition, a thorough understanding of well-being care management programs is key and critical to the role. The individual will drive or guide the development of holistic solutions and/or key strategic plans. They proactively identify opportunities for improvement and independently influence others. They have a firm understanding of behavioral science principles and drive business initiatives using a disciplined, repeatable methodology. In addition, the individual will gather, analyze and synthesize business intelligence to drive achievement of business objectives. The person must be comfortable leading and managing all aspects of enterprise-wide projects. They must possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable presenting to Executive Leadership. They must be a strong collaborator across organizations and be able to lead by example, bringing groups to consensus when necessary. The role is responsible for recognizing integration gaps and opportunities cross-program and proactively addressing those gaps to further enhance the overall experience for members. The position takes a lead role in analyzing product results and evaluating the competitive landscape impacting the portfolio from a strategic perspective. Strategy execution in a highly matrixed environment is critical. The position is accountable for evaluating the need for product enhancements as well as innovations to increase revenue, member engagement and provide for an integrated member experience.
5-7 years experience product management experience in healthcare industry
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
