Sort, scan, enter and assign all Appeals, Grievances and Complaints received by the CG&A department by monitoring faxes, call tracks and mail. Other Intake duties as needed.
The candidate must have critical thinking skills and is highly attentive to detail.
This is a fast paced job and requires collaboration with team members and other departments.
The position is compliance driven and candidate will be accountable for meeting all metrics.
Data Entry experience preferred but not mandatory
Microsoft Office experience
- The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
