This position supports Medicare Risk Adjustment activities in developing and maintaining business processes.
This position resides within the Risk Adjustment Operations and will interface with vendors and other departments within Aetna. The position will be responsible for reconciling data from different sources regarding services provided by vendors, identifying gaps within the process, and help develop more efficient methods.
The position will also develop, share, and analyze compliance to business requirements.
The position will participate in system design and be involved in testing new functions as well as the support of auditing activities. To be successful, the candidate will use their knowledge and experience to create meaning from the data.
Must possess sound knowledge of structured IT application development lifecycles, methodologies inclusive of Use Case tools.
2+ years Business Analyst experience.
Must know SaaS and SQL.
Knowledge of Medicare Risk Adjustment methodology is also a plus.
Ability to document business processes as well as recommend and implement improvement strategies
Ability to perform testing functions
Participates in system design
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
