Aetna is hiring a DSNP Operations and Business Consultant to join our National DSNP Program Office. Telework is a requirement for this position (no physical office location). Be part of the newly established National DSNP Program Office, help implement new programs and services, identify opportunities for process and outcomes improvement

DSNP Operations and Business Consultant

Operational planning, process improvement, implementation oversight, reporting and analysis for Medicare Advantage Dual Special Needs Plans (DSNPs) as part of newly established National DSNP Program Office. Work across enterprise functions, business segments and markets to support implementation, growth and ongoing performance of DSNPs throughout the county.

Fundamental Components:

(*) Support development of operational and performance improvement strategies to support ongoing growth and expansion of Medicare Advantage Dual Special Needs Plans

(*) Facilitates and leads cross functional planning and implementation teams

(*) Develops business cases, implementation plans, and operational execution working across enterprise functions and business segments

(*) Gathers, analyzes, and synthesizes internal and external business intelligence and best practices

(*) Completes market and competitive research

(*) Develop internal and external presentations

(*) Completes financial and budget analyses

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

(*) 5+ years experience with one or more of the following methodologies: management consulting, project consulting, business process consulting, financial strategic analysis, mergers and acquisitions, strategic business planning, and/or risk management consulting.

(*) Experience with moderate scale initiatives with moderate degree of complexity.

(*) Operational experience in Medicare Advantage.

(*) Demonstrated superior business process, project management and organizational redesign experience.

(*) Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations.

(*) Demonstrated leadership with relevant initiatives: Business process, enterprise business project management/consulting, financial strategic planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, scalable interventions and programs.

(*) Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously.

(*) Demonstrated ability to effectively define and present complex strategy messaging to all levels of internal and external stakeholders

(*) Demonstrated ability analyze market and operational opportunities

(*) Strong presentation skills

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
