POSITION SUMMARY

Great opportunity to join growing department that handles FileNet Content Management for Aetna s Enterprise.

Role will entail technical subject matter expert in IBM Enterprise Content Management System (ECM), FileNet, and has full technical knowledge of all phases of the application development process. Under general direction, has duties managing all development activities of content management initiatives, instructing, directing, and checking the work of other development personnel. Acts as expert in business applications and/or cross functional areas. May be responsible for project completion and user satisfaction. Provides focus on cross-application integration & solution design as needed to ensure success.

Fundamental Components:

Participate in configuration decisions with FileNet group and aid in communicating with the business. Develop and support solutions in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) space Work directly with the project team and IT partners in helping to deliver tailored solutions Troubleshoot technical issues Provide FileNet-based architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation Design and develop proprietary code, helping to customize scalable solutions

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

4+ years IBM FileNet development and administration experience 4+ years Java and J2EE web development , C# is a plus 4+ years developing FileNet workflows 4+ years data modeling experience and database concepts Creating/understanding custom documentation DataCap development experience is desirable Working knowledge of development of ICC routes Working knowledge of DB2, Linux, Windows and AIX Experienced with administering and troubleshooting issues for a FileNet environment, including the Content Engine, Process Engine and Application Engine. Excellent communication and ability to analytically create different solutions *Note: Interested candidates must be legally eligible to work for any US employee & not require visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
