POSITION SUMMARY

Reports to the Implementation Director for Human Capital. This position requires a minimum of 5-7 years previous administrative or project support experience; familiarity with AETNA new hire and hiring work processes such as I9, pre-hire and new hire task lists, is highly preferred. Previous staffing related work experience; engaging with candidates and/or supporting new hire processes such as interview scheduling or onboarding is a plus. This role supports new implementations and market expansions within the Medicaid line of business. The positions primary responsibility is supporting projects with human capital deliverables; performing administrative tasks, data collection and reporting, assisting with candidate management and new hire processes. Position supports all aspects of implementation staffing projects and/or other Medicaid Strategic Initiative projects including planning, coordination, development, and implementation. Position is accountable for the creation and maintenance of project plans in MS Project and weekly status reports for multiple ongoing projects that may run a year or more in duration. Other project work may include: standard operating model and ABX; creation and maintenance of hiring dashboards and other reports; readiness review production of job descriptions, resumes and general readiness preparation.

Fundamental Components:

-Supports the business with hiring processes for new health plan implementations and market expansions; acts as a manager delegate engaging with candidates and completing new hire employee set-ups and assisting with contingent worker staffing requests.-Tracks candidates and maintains candidate tracking logs.-Creates job descriptions, organization charts and other required documents for readiness review and implementation requirements.-Facilitates and takes meeting minutes.-Supports interview scheduling and conducts interviews as assigned.-May screen candidate resumes and provide interview recommendations.

-Supports Medicaid recruiting events as assigned.-Develops templates, policies, procedures, desktops, and other tools and identifies best-practice work flows for human capital implementation processes.-May provide administrative support to team directors as assigned.-Proactively supports department projects as assigned; identifies key milestones and due dates. -Develops and implements strategic project plan to achieve business staffing goals.-Leads group facilitations and presentations influencing various internal and external parties.-Supports the collection and management of human capital data, analysis and reporting; completes status reports and other staffing-related reports; delivers data presentations and report-outs to various audiences including lead teams, command center and other leader forums as assigned.-Identifies issues that may stall project and addresses them by either resolving the issue or creating an alternative solution.-Tracks progress and communicates project(s) status on a regular basis to manager and other impacted parties. -Builds and documents communication plans to ensure all impacted parties are informed of next steps for completion.-May create and deliver training to new health plan staff and implementation hiring teams.-Core hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM; project work in other time zones may require flexibility and availability outside of these hours, some recruiting events may require ability to travel/work on a weekend-NOT routinely.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Associates degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. -Healthcare and or managed care experience is required. -Exceptional communication skills written, verbal and presentation is required. -Solid time management skills and advanced proficiency with MS Suite(Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint) is required. -Ability to work with and communicate effectively with all levels of management; external vendors and other customers is required.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Telework Specifications:

Telework available for internal candidates. Phoenix based is preferred. If out of AZ, routine travel to corporate office in Phoenix will be required.
