POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective members offering our Medicare plan, providing support to sales representatives, responds to incoming customer service inquiries.

Fundamental Components:

-Make outbound call to prospective members

-Schedule appointments based on geography

-Make outbound calls - retention efforts

-Provide support to sales staff

-Answer incoming customer service inquires

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

-Customer Service Experience

-Call Center Experience

-Medicare and Medicaid Knowledge

-Bilingual preferred

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
