Our Senior Consultant provides consultation on the design, testing and enhancement of information product including technical assistance and product development support to external and internal customers. Researches, manipulates and prepares complex data to document program activities and reports on its results. Provides oversight to data quality and provides feedback to various areas in order to improve service delivery and enhancement to design efforts. Develops a consultative relationship with both internal/external customers.
Candidate will be responsible for the implementation and/or maintenance of business application systems
Analyzes business needs and requirements for business application systems
Gathers information, analyzes work Issues, and implements configuration solutions to resolve issues and meet the business needs
Works with other to evaluate business requirements for system enhancements as required by business unit, and/or contractual requirements
Responsible for executing detailed test plans to ensure smooth production implementation. Implement efficiencies and configuration changes that will optimize the business application system configurations
3-5 years of data interpretation and analysis experience.
Extensive experience with databases as well interpretation and manipulation of related data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
