This role is office based in Plantation, Florida
The following hours are required: 11:30am-8:00pm EST
Responsible for provision of telephone-based consultation, counseling and informational services to members. Provides one-time or ongoing counseling and lifestyle management services, leveraging the outcomes tools in support of optimal care. Must hold a clinical license in their state.
Fundamental components include but are not limited to:
Member Support Counseling Informational Services Team member support.
One of the following licenses is required: LMHC, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
1-3 years of EAP, Behavioral Health or Social Services experience required
Experience in facilitating patient/client positive behavioral change required
Call Center experience is preferred
Crisis intervention skills required
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
Strong computer and literacy skills
Experience in handling mental health and psychiatric care, family situations, relationship concerns required
Familiarity with brief therapy models and Motivational Interviewing preferred
Experience working with diverse populations preferred
The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.

Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft Outlook/1-3 Years/
Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft Word/1-3 Years/
Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft Explorer/1-3 Years/

EAP reimburses clinical staff license renewal yearly fees and we reimburse up to $300 a year in CEU's.
