Agent liaison for all carrier contracting departments; working to resolve the most complex contracting issues. Reviews and Submits agent contracts for all carriers and lines of business for the agency.
Works as the liaison between the agent and the carrier to resolve complex contracting issues, obtain updated contracting information, and obtain contract status updates.
Provides contracts and contracting guidance to agents communicating thoroughly each step of the contracting requirements and processes for each carrier partner.
Answers incoming call queue for contract related questions.
Makes outbound calls to agents to provide assistance with the onboarding process and provide reminders of certification requirements.
Applies well-developed and effective planning techniques in managing the day-to-day operations and balancing priorities.
Reviews CRM Agent data for accuracy and maintaining quality assurance of records.
Identifies trends and communicates effectively with management to resolve contracting errors.
Self -starter accustomed to working independently in high paced and creative environment
Able to communicate effectively to management and business partners in a formal & structured written and oral format.
Working knowledge of agent/agency insurance contracting processes
Contract interpretation skills; ability to assess administrative and constituent impact
Ability to explain contract policy parameters in terms external partners can understand
In-depth knowledge of senior products and agent contracting
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
