Carefree is hring a Operations and Quality Control Lead for our Medicare Sales team. Carefree Insurance seeks a highly motivated, passionate and driven professional to drive customer experience and service initiatives with failsafe controls, improving efficiency, and quality through the sales lifecycle.

This position will be a dedicated resource to ensure adherence to all organizational requirements for sales operations and compliance related activities:

(*) Not Ready to Sale (NRTS) occurrences, CMS Complaints & Grievances, Proper sales attribution, Remediation of issues, and other quality measures for multiple carriers who sell on our Carefree platform.

(*) This highly critical role to our Direct to Consumer division will be responsible for defining, managing and optimizing data focused systems and sales operational tasks.

Fundamental Components/Background and Experience Desired:

(*) Five or more years of data, analytic, and operational experience in sales call center / operational environment

(*) Experience in Sales Operations Control, Management, Informatics, Online Enrollment Systems, Data Driven Analysis and Optimization

(*) Demonstrated knowledge of health care data and metrics

(*) Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations to drive business solutions to our Sales Leadership regarding Not Ready to Sale (NRTS) occurrences, CMS Complaints & Grievances, Proper sales attribution, Remediation of issues, and other quality measures

(*) Ability to communicate results from sales operations to multiple carriers and both internal and external business partners

(*) Knowledge of programming: (SQL and/or SAS) or other reporting/ programming tools in data warehouse or data analytics environment, including use of statistical analysis techniques for reporting purposes

(*) Strong collaboration and communication skills within and across teams.

(*) Strong problem solving skills and critical thinking ability.

(*) Maximize best work practices


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
