Aetna Registered Nurse (RN) Workers Compensation Case Manager in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania

POSITION SUMMARY

The Workers' Compensation Telephonic Case Manager works with employees, providers, employers, claims examiners, and vendors to coordinate medical care and facilitate timely Return to Work (RTW).

The person in this role must be a Licensed RN in NJ and PA and have Workers Comp case management experience. There is a required on-site training for several weeks upon hire in Blue Bell, PA or Mt. Laurel, NJ. Following the on-site training, the position will allow for 2 days/week work-from-home; 3 days/week will be in-office.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with active PA and NJ licenses in good standing is required.

  • Previous Workers' Compensation case management experience is required.

  • Minimum of 3 years clinical practice experience is required.

  • Strong communication, organization, interpersonal and analytical skills are required.

  • Additional national professional certification (CCM, CRC, CDMS, CRRN, or COHN) preferred.

    Education:

    The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is an Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

    Licenses and Certifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with active PA and NJ licenses in good standing is required.

  • Nursing/QRP - Qualified Rehabilitation Provider is preferred.

    Telework Specifications:

  • 5 days per week in-office in Blue Bell, PA or Mt. Laurel, NJ for customer training for several weeks upon hire.

  • Following on-site training, WAH up to 2 days per week; 3 days per week will be in-office in Blue Bell, PA or Mt. Laurel, NJ.

  • Must live within commuting distance of Blue Bell, PA or Mt. Laurel, NJ.
