Support comprehensive coordination of MLTSS services including Initial Outreach. Assist MLTSS members, providers and care managers with coordination of care. - 611

Fundamental Components:

Promotes communication, both internally and externally to enhance effectiveness of MLTSS services (e.g.,health care providers, and health care team members respectively) Provides support services to team members by answering telephone calls, taking messages, researching information and assisting in solving problems. Assisting with scheduling and coordination of MLTSS services. Protects the confidentiality of member information and adheres to company policies regarding confidentiality. -611


  • 2+ years experience as a medical assistant or office assistant preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Strong PC skills with proficient knowledge of excel, word, and outlook.

  • Must be able to travel to Princeton Office.

  • Home care or care management experience preferred.

  • Electronic documentation experience required. Scheduling appointment preferred.


  • The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
