As a SR account manager you will provide the highest level of service and retention strategies on sophisticated, large membership customers. This role will be highly visible internally and externally with accountability for not only renewal but growth.

Fundamental Components:

This role will require strategic thinking and planning to ensure the value Aetna delivers to plan sponsors and members is clear and well communicated. A successful candidate will have a passion for matching business needs with product solutions as well as ensuring the strongest member experience for each and every customer.


This role requires strong organization, a drive to partner with customers to problem solve, cross sell solutions and negotiate renewals. The best person for this role will have strong communication and presentation skills.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Telework Specifications:

Depending on level of experience and familiarity with Aetna, we are willing consider any work area which is in the west territory with easy access to Chicago, Dallas, Denver, and other cities in the West.
