This is an in-office position in San Francisco, CA
Manage installation of plans for Select segment. Provides focused service from pre-sale consultation through initial post-sale client administration fostering strong, long-term partnerships with customers & consulting community. Responsible for directing all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for new & existing customers of Aetna & will partner with all key stakeholders to proactively identify & address critical implementation issues ensuring customer expectations are consistently satisfied or exceeded. Develop & maintain an understanding of product, legislative guidelines, administrative processes & procedures. Identify & implement efficiencies in processes, strive for operational excellence.
Fundamental Components include but are not limited to:
This position will work closely with Sales Reps, plan sponsors, brokers, field representatives & service centers. Respond professionally to telephone calls & emails. Using knowledge of Aetna's organization, policies & procedures to maximize effectiveness as a resource for customers. Strong emphasis on supporting & promoting teamwork & keeping management informed of areas where processes may be improved. Actively consults & communicates with internal constituents regarding the details associated with new business & revision activity in a timely manner & validates account structure. Continually monitors case installation process & communicates status to internal/external constituents as appropriate.
1-3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager, Implementation Manager or Install Manager; strongly preferred
Excellent project/time management skills; required
Strong communication & prioritization skills; required
Be able to work independently and as part of a strong team; required
Proficient in Microsoft Products; required
Candidate must be a quick learner with a positive attitude; required
Experience interacting with various organization levels to effectively achieve optimal results; required
Aetna products, services & system knowledge a plus; preferred
The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a HS diploma or equivalent experience.
