Job Description


Supervisor is responsible for health care management staff including the organization and development of high performing staff. Serves as content model expert and mentor to the team regarding practice standards, quality of interventions and problem resolution.

Fundamental Components:

Establish an environment and work style that promotes the concept of teamwork, cross functional and product integration and collaboration and models continuum of care thinking that results in strong performance. Develops, initiates, monitors and communicates performance standards. Ensure implementation and monitoring of best practice approaches and innovations to better address the members' needs across the continuum of care.


3+ years experience working in behavioral health, with preference to given to working in a UM or managed care background. Supervision, team lead or some background in leadership is preferred, but not required.


The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.
