Please note: This is an after hours role which will involve weeknights, weekends and holidays.
Provide comprehensive behavioral health care management to facilitate delivery of appropriate quality care and improve program/operational efficiency involving clinical issues.
Provide service to clinical teams in support of optimal care.
The BH Care Associate is responsible for supporting the Clinical staff in completing authorizations, maintaining phone metrics and gathering clinical information.
1+ year of call center experience is required
Computer literacy is required
Must have strong typing skills as well as strong phone etiquette
1+ years Behavioral Health experience working with mental health population is preferred
Managed care experience is preferred
The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
