POSITION SUMMARY

This role supports the Southern California Medicare sales leader and team by participating in sales strategy, marketing and broker compliance oversight and event coordination. The role is critical to the team's success. Ability to interact with sales professionals internally and externally is needed.

FUNDAMENTAL COMPONENTS:

Join a dynamic sales team who is a leader in the Medicare industry nationwide.

As a Sales Support Specialist you will support the Medicare Sales Leader and team in Southern California. Office is based in Santa Ana.

Must be proficient in word, excel and power point and have the ability to conduct basic admin support functions and interact effectively with the team and Management at all levels. Excellent communication skills verbal and written are required.

Experience working in a Medicare sales environment is a plus. Life and Health Insurance license preferred yet not required. Previous administrative roles will be key to your success. Strong attention to detail is required to facilitate compliance oversight and marketing material reviews.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Must be satisfied with working in an administrative role in a fast based office setting.

Strong office skills in word, excel and power point.

Enjoy working in a sales environment a plus.

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
