POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Medicare Sales Executive with Medicare experience to support our goals. This is a highly collaborative role designed to deliver an exceptional experience to the Allina Health | Aetna membership. The Medicare Sales Executive will report to the Medicare Sales Leader and will support the Medicare sales and marketing strategy for Allina Health | Aetna.

Fundamental Components:

Responsible for in-home and group presentations to the Medicare population about Allina Health | Aetna Medicare products. Establish a book of business from presentations and/or self-generated leads/referrals. Responsible for meeting individual sales goals, quotas, and management objectives based upon corporate sales and marketing goals. Implement strategies to increase enrollment. Responsible for assisting in the application process with Medicare beneficiaries. Work at health fairs throughout the year to increase enrollment opportunities. Establish and develop broker relationships.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Health Insurance License

Medicare Advantage health plan sales experience

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
