Aetna Medicare Sales is hiring a BiLingual Medicare Sales Learning Consultant. Position is open to work from home full time in Florida.

Summary:

Our Medicare Sales Trainer will work with the local Florida market and national sales leadership (Eastern Medicare Market Sales Director) and other field sales representatives to identify, design, develop and deliver key sales training programs to enhance sales. This individual will also conduct coaching ride alongs with Florida FSR Sales Managers and FSRs.

Full-Time Telework (WAH) - in Florida Only; Candidate must reside in Florida.

Fundamental Components:

(*) Work with key constituents to identify key sales training opportunities 10%

(*) Build actual training program content & collateral 25%

(*) Deliver sales training via the most appropriate medium 25%

(*) Conduct coaching/training ride alongs in the field with Sales Managers and FSRs 40%

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

(*) Superior knowledge and application of performance-based instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles and educational media. Prior successful sales training experience is required.

(*) Medicare and Medicare Advantage/PDP/DSNP expertise

(*) Must speak fluent Spanish

(*) Understanding of adult learning in a sales training capacity

(*) 50%-75% travel will be required for this position

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
