POSITION SUMMARY

Seeking Senior Eligibility Consultant to join the Aetna International Eligibility Department to handle electronic, excel upload (elist), and manual eligibility transactions. This role is customer facing including consulting with clients on the best eligibility method and provide instruction on required eligibility procedures and department policies. The ideal candidate is one who works well in a dynamic, complex, changing environment.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Strong excel and access DB skills to compare data

Technical mindset to handle electronic eligibility files

Experience dealing with external clients and third party companies

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
