POSITION SUMMARY: Aetna International is looking for a high energy, motivated, and organized Account Manager with 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or client relationship role to join our client service team. This role will support several of AIs customers ranging from 1 - 2500 employees in Canada. The Account Manager will be the leader of a service team assigned to a specific book of business. The desired candidate will: - Develop and maintain favorable relationships with Aetna International's customers and consultants through superior customer service- Retain and grow the client relationship and effectively position our products with an emphasis on expanding the assigned book of business- Balance strategic planning and tactical implementation- Communicate and present information to audiences at all levels, both internally and externally- Review and deliver renewal activity- Serve as project manager and participant on selected projects- Work to develop and maintain understanding of the international business environment- Provide input to product development areas as appropriate to ensure competitive products and services - Applicable licensing will be required in this position EDUCATION: The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


Must have an active LLQP Life License in Canada/Province. If not currently licensed, employment will be contingent upon securing a license within set timeframe.
