POSITION SUMMARY

Front line customer service position. Responsible for high quality customer contacts via telephone, email and chat, both inbound and outbound. Assists claimants, insurance adjusters and pharmacy personnel in processing medication approvals.

Front line customer service position. Responsible for high quality customer contacts via telephone, email and chat, both inbound and outbound. Assists claimants, insurance adjusters and pharmacy personnel in processing medication approvals.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

1+ year of customer service experience is required.

Computer skills including keyboard skills and ability to navigate multiple systems required.

Call center experience is preferred not required.

Medical terminology is preferred not required.

Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
