Owns the development and implementation of marketing programs for a key account including:
B2B client management and communication
B2C journey and acquisition
-Defines the Plan Sponsor and member experience for a critical Group Retiree customer
-Organizes annual acquisition efforts including all materials and promotions
Leads the customization of all materials for the account
Coordinates across the marketing organization, the Group Medicare account management and product team and external agencies
Plans, writes and edits communications materials (e.g., publications, marketing materials, ads)
Partners with analytics or market intelligence to develop and support segmentation and targeting strategies based on insights and data to drive customer behavior
Maintains brand integrity and ensures the customer experience aligns to Aetnas or LOB brand strategy. Supports product portfolio branding where necessary.
Drives integrated marketing planning and omni-channel campaigns that result in consistent experiences
7+ years Marketing work experience
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a MBA.
