Aetna Senior Medicare Marketing Operations Specialist in Wellesley, Massachusetts

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is critical to delivering our Medicare marketing programs and will manage direct mail operations and reward card programs year round. Other areas may include development of automation tools, digital and other mediums to promote enrollment into our Medicare programs.

Fundamental Components:

  • Review program results and work with telesales and analytics teams to develop recommendations.

  • Work with legal and compliance to ensure materials remain compliant.

  • Help marketing organization ensure materials match approved content through extensive validation process.

  • Collaborate with our internal creative team as well as external agency partners.

    BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

    5+ years experience in marketing or related field.

    Experience working in highly regulated industry a plus.

    Experience working with marketing project management/automation tools a plus.

    Proven ability to work in fast paced environment.

    Excellent attention to detail.

    EDUCATION

    The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
