POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for defining and continuously optimizing Aetna's Marketing Technology stack, ensuring the various technology utilized by Marketing is rationalized and integrated to provide a seamless customer experience. Manage a small team of marketing technologist focused on empowering Marketing and Sales to achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities include: - Marketing Technology evangelist driving adoption across the organization - Implementation of new marketing technology rollouts - Relationship management with internal technology users - Vendor selection & management - Work closely with IT & Security to ensure the marketing technology stack is integrated and compliant - Optimize technology investments Background / Experience: - Experience with using and/or implementing various marketing technology platforms, including, DMP, DAM, CMS, SEO, Social, Personalization / Web Optimization, CRM, Marketing Automation, eCommerce, Omni Channel marketing (including email and SMS). - Experience negotiating vendor contracts - Experiencing managing people - Experience executing Digital Strategies

6-10 years Digital Marketing or Information technology experience. Proficient in MS-Office. Experience with using web management tools, HTML desired. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

12+ years of experience in a combination of marketing technology, digital, or information technology.

B2B, B2B2C, and B2C digital site management at an enterprise level.

Stays current on industry tools and digital technology platforms.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
