Strategic marketing manager for Aetna's Joint Ventures.
Plans and executes sale acquisition and retention strategies to brokers and plan sponsors.
Strengthen Aetnas Joint Venture organizations and drive business growth through planning, collaboration and/or execution of marketing strategies and tactics in local and national markets where applicable. Understands Line of Business (LOB) strategy and goals and drives marketing strategy and tactics to meet business objectives; possesses client mentality. Focused on the local or national market, business, or consumer segments which support the expansion of our business while building trust and loyalty with our internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Accountable to the overall Business/Marketing Integration
Drive decisions for key priorities in targeted market, business, or consumer segments.
Derives relevant insights to develop strategic recommendations and programs/campaigns in real time
Responsible for developing go to market planning and plan execution to meet business strategy/goals and defined metrics
Partners with analytics or market intelligence to develop and support segmentation and targeting strategies based on insights and data to drive customer behavior
Maintains brand integrity and ensures the customer experience aligns to Aetnas or LOB brand strategy. Supports product portfolio branding where necessary.
Drives integrated marketing planning and omni-channel campaigns that result in consistent experiences
Develops relevant content based on the customers place in their journey.

Deep understanding of LOB strategy & leverages business intelligence and marketing insights to

Demonstrates technical and strategic understanding of digital media channels and marketing technology (e.g., Search, Mobile, Social Media, CRM and Marketing Automation).
8-10 years of experience
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
The office location is not confirmed so will consider full time telework or alternative Aetna office location.
